A monograph by FBME scientists published by the CRC Press

CRC Press, USA, has published a monograph devoted to the nutrilogy of wild edible plants. Two chapters of the book were prepared by the staff of the Faculty of Biomedical Engineering of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute – Doctors of Biological Sciences Natalia Poedynok, Oksana Mikhailova and Aleksandr Galkin. The relevant chapters of the monograph reveal biotechnological methods for regulating the biological value of medicinal and edible mushrooms.

We congratulate our colleagues on the recognition of scientific achievements in the field of biotechnology and mycology!
