Admission of foreign citizens to the 5th year of the Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute is subject to the following conditions:
- Bachelor’s degree or specialist’s degree;
- successful completion of the entrance examination;
- Invitation for study.
It is allowed to be admitted to study for a master’s degree on the basis of a bachelor’s degree obtained in another speciality, subject to successful completion of additional entrance examinations. Invitations to study are issued throughout the year. The deadline for submitting documents is from 20 June to 11 October. The study programme starts on 1 September
The list of documents that applicants personally or by post submit to the Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute in paper form:
- application;
- a document (original and copy) on the previously obtained educational (educational qualification) level, on the basis of which the admission is carried out (during the first semester of study, its nostrification is carried out);
- an appendix (original and copy) to the document on the previously obtained educational (educational qualification) level, which contains information on the content of the curriculum for the previous degree (level) of higher education, credits received, duration of study and academic performance in the disciplines on the basis of which the admission is made;
- a copy of a foreigner’s passport or a document certifying a stateless person;
- health insurance policy, unless otherwise provided by international treaties of Ukraine;
- six photographs 35 x 45 mm in size (colour, matte).
The documents referred to in subparagraphs 2, 3 must be certified in the country of their issue in the manner officially used in that country for such certification and legalised by the relevant foreign institution of Ukraine, unless otherwise provided by international agreements of Ukraine. Nostrification of these documents is carried out during the first semester of study. The documents referred to in subparagraphs 2, 3, 4 must be translated into Ukrainian with a notarised translation in 2 copies each. Entrance examinations
Entrance examinations for admission to the 5th year of study are in:
- foreign language;
- speciality of study.
entrance examinations are held according to the schedule approved by the certification commissions of the facultie.
